Form selection based on item

Looking for an option to omit a form when making a donation. For example, in one collection I have membership options which require one form. In that same collection, I have a donation item to fund membership financial aid which does not need the form (or may need a shorter different form) it would be nice to select which form is required for which items without having to build the form in each item.
